• Description of the pressure gauge (e.g. digital pressure gauge, Bourdon tube pressure gauge, etc.);
• Serial number: Unique identifier for the instrument;
• Measuring range: Pressure range that the instrument can measure.

Information about the calibration laboratory:

• Identity of the laboratory that performed the calibration.
• Accreditation: Information on laboratory accreditation (e.g. ISO 17025 certification).
• Calibration date: When the calibration was performed.

Environmental conditions during calibration:

• Calibration environment temperature.
• Relative humidity during calibration.
• Atmospheric pressure: If relevant, the atmospheric pressure during calibration.

Calibration procedure:

• Description of the procedures and reference tools used for calibration.
• Reference standards: Instruments and standards used as a reference for calibration (with the relative measurement uncertainties).

Calibration results:

• The pressure values measured by the pressure gauge compared with the reference values.
• Deviations: Difference between the measured value and the reference value. Measurement uncertainty: Uncertainty associated with calibration results, often expressed with a confidence level (e.g., 95%).

Conformity assessment:

• Acceptability: Conformity of results with technical specifications or regulatory requirements.
• Any adjustments: If any adjustments or calibrations have been made to the instrument.

Declaration of conformity:

• Technician's signature: Signature and name of the technician who performed the calibration.
• Certification: Declaration of conformity with current standards and regulations.
