The LabDMM2 is a professional digital pressure gauge manufactured using state-of-the-art technology to ensure a high level of reliability, versatility and practicality all at once.
Robustness and excellent long-term stability are guaranteed by a monolithic sensor made entirely of stainless steel, capable of operating even under highly dynamic pressures, and by a robust housing made of painted aluminium.
Designed for use in metrology laboratories, calibration systems, general automation and process control applications where it is necessary to monitor, record and transmit data.
During the production cycle, the pressure gauge undergoes non-standard ACCREDIA calibration, carried out at five measurement points for increasing and decreasing pressures, with two repeatability cycles at 50 per cent of full scale.
Free calibration included with an ACCREDIA certificate. The calibration is carried out using a procedure approved by ACCREDIA, which differs from that specified in the EURAMET cg-17 standard. Calibration in accordance with the EURAMET cg-17 standard is available on request as an optional service.
This instrument allows you to simultaneously measure the PRESSURE generated by air, gas, oil, water or any other type of non-corrosive fluid, and the TEMPERATURE of the fluid generating the pressure.
The pressure gauge is powered by an internal rechargeable Li-Ion battery with a battery life of 50 hours in continuous operation without backlighting. To recharge the battery, you can use the USB cable with the 5Vdc power supply or connect it directly to a PC.
For continuous operation, it can be powered via the USB port; alternatively, for industrial applications, an external power supply of 12 to 24 Vdc can be used (optional).
In the programming menu, which can be accessed via the keypad, you can customise the pressure gauge’s behaviour by adjusting various functions, such as the DIGITAL FILTER – which helps to keep the reading stable even when pressures are fluctuating – as well as the resolution, the unit of measurement, auto-off, etc.
Using the keypad, you can set the positive and negative PEAK functions to record the maximum and minimum pressures detected during the test.
The display features an analogue bar graph showing the pressure, which remains active even within the programming menu.
The optional wireless transmission feature allows you to create a network of pressure gauges (up to 32) managed by a PC via the WinWimod software for mobile or reconfigurable applications, without the need for connecting cables.
