K900 Mechanical litre counter

The K900 is an electronic flow meter with an oval gear measuring system that detects the volume transferred by converting the rotations of the mechanical parts into electrical pulses, which are then processed by a microprocessor. The LCD display offers two registers for immediate reading of the partial and total values, calibration and battery status indicators, as well as icons for the unit of measurement and operating modes such as flow rate display. The architecture features two coupled measuring chambers and a magnetic coupling that keeps the chamber sealed, ensuring pulse transmission without direct contact with the fluid.

The unit is designed for ease of use and minimal maintenance: the main functions are controlled by two buttons (RESET and CAL) which allow you to reset the partial total, manage the resettable total, enter calibration mode and directly modify the conversion factor (K factor). The flow meter has non-volatile memory to preserve totals and settings even after the power supply is removed, features an easily accessible battery compartment, and allows cleaning of the measuring chamber and filter without dismantling the entire device; a pulse output and an alarm output are also available for integration with repeaters or external signals.

Possible applications include the monitoring and distribution of fuels and lubricants in fixed or mobile systems, the refuelling of agricultural machinery and industrial vehicles, as well as flow control in workshops and depots where reliable and repeatable measurement of the volume dispensed is required. Thanks to the modularity of the outputs and the possibility of field calibration, the instrument is also suitable for integration with remote visualisation systems or processes that require synchronisation and fault reporting during dispensing.
