The D5014 Repeater Power Supply is an advanced device designed for interfacing analog signals in high-risk environments. With SIL3 compliance and suitability for safety applications, this power supply provides a floating DC current to power conventional and Smart-HART® transmitters.
It can be used in hazardous areas and repeats the current in the safe area to control loads. The module supports bidirectional communication with Smart-HART® devices and also functions as a signal duplicator. Its features include two fully independent channels, active-passive 4-20 mA inputs with source-sink output, and HART compatibility.
Furthermore, it has short-circuit protection, field programmability through a DIP Switch, and offers high precision. The three-port isolation between input, output, and power ensures safe and reliable operation.
With its high density, this power supply offers two channels per unit, maximizing efficiency and flexibility in applications.
