VZB-PP is a gear meter oval wheel for chemical use. It's ideal for the measurement of fluids at medium-high viscosity, alkaline liquids, detergents, oils.
Used for the measurement of low flow rates in dosing applications or for testing engines.

The meter VZB-PP has two wheels mesh with a fine-toothed oval giving the guarantee of high precision work.
The fluid is transferred sequentially from input to output and one or two pulses are transmitted for each revolution of the wheel.
Inside the gauge there is a pair of magnets chemically resistant who have the task of providing outside the signal.

For detection of the rotation is used a reed switch or a Hall sensor to affection on the outside of the meter and therefore not in contact with the fluid.
The choice of materials of construction allows the customer to use it in a wide variety of applications with corrosive liquids and viscous.
