Detection of digital flow switch for air
A heated thermistor is placed in the passage. The fluid introduced absorbs heat from the thermistor. The resistance of the thermistor increases with decreasing temperature.
The resistance value has a uniform relationship with the speed of the fluid, which can be detected by measuring the resistance value.
To further compensate for the ambient temperature and the temperature of the fluid, the temperature sensor consists of a sensor integrated in the switch that allows a stable measurement within the range of the operating temperature.
The detection of the flow value is calculated on the mass of the same, as it is practically insensitive to variations in temperature and pressure.
The sensors employ a unit of measurement l / min, calculated by substituting the volume of the flow with the mass under the conditions of 0C and 101.3 kPa (nor). The melt volume flow rate of 20°C, 101.3 kPa and 65% RH (ANR) can be detected with the flow at high flow rates for air.
This flow uses l/min as the flow rate indicator. The flow rate of the mass is converted and shown in the display in the conditions of 0°C and 101.3 kPa.
In sensors for high capacities, the conditions of the conversion can be changed to 20°C and 101.3.3kP
