The OWWG3 is a detector
for the visual and acoustic signaling of accumulations of fluid, for example in local oil storage, collection tanks, control wells, channels, conduits, manholes, pipes, boiler rooms, basements.
Suitable means water, fuel oil EL, L or M, diesel, lubricating oils of low viscosity of hazard class A III (according to the old classification VbF), motor oils and gear oils, hydraulic oils, vegetable oils and transformer oils, additives antifreeze, oil-water mixtures and emulsions.
Use as a signaling system losses of Class III according 13160-1/-4, as a safety device according to the worksheet DWA-A 791 and as system rilevamente losses according to the worksheet DWA-A-779. The alarm unit
in the casing wall promptly report any fluid accumulation that occurs due to leakage from a tank or stagnation or flooding. OWWG3 consists of a control unit with visual/audible alarm, test button confirms and flexible probe with PTC thermistor. The probe is mounted at the lowest point of the collection area. When it comes into contact with liquid triggers the alarm. The audible alarm can be deactivated by pressing the confirmation button. The visual alarm remains active even after the repair of the cause of the loss, until you press the button "Unlock" on the device. The test button verifies the operation of the device by simulating an alarm. The probe is self-monitorante and triggers the alarm in case of damage. Possibility of connecting external signaling device (horn) or communication systems (EMS) by contact potential-free relay.
With a rack, the OWWG3 can be mounted in a cabinet.
For difficult operating conditions there is a seal kit (IP54).Applications:
• For storage rooms, manholes, tanks, double wall tanksFeatures:
• With visual/audible alarms, test button confirmation and relay output
• Probe self-monitorante
