The hygrometer is an instrument that measures the relative humidity of the air, while the thermohygrometer is a combined instrument that measures the temperature and relative humidity of the surrounding air mass.
Hygrometers or thermo-hygrometers are particularly suitable for moisture analysis, appraisals or damage estimates, dehumidification in the building field and for checking coatings on floors or walls.
The measuring probes are integrated or external for the simultaneous indication of air humidity, temperature and dew point.
Its fields of use are used in:
Air humidity and temperature measurement (environmental)
Wood moisture measurement
Building materials humidity measurement
