Pressure transmitter RIB35XTC for high temperature up to 300°C for applications in biotechnology / food industries.
The pressure, which acts on the diaphragm, is transferred through a capillary filled with oil on the measuring cell silicon.
The capillary has the function of a spiral cooling, allowing temperatures of the environmental elements up to 300 ° C.
The temperature of the electronic circuits, which can be detected with the software PROG30, must not exceed 120 ° C.
For the environmental elements extremely aggressive attacks Riels offers pressure connection made of various materials.

Digital output of the transmitter
These series are based on piezoresistive transducer stable and floating and of a microprocessor with integrated converter A / D 16 bit. The dependencies of the temperature and the non-linearity of the sensor are mathematically compensated. With the help of the software and cable READ30 Riels Ki07 you can view the calculated pressure on a handheld, on a laptop or a PC. With the software READ30 you can also record the pressure signals and display them on your PC as a graph.
You can connect up to 128 transmitters in a bus system.

Transmitter with analog output
The microprocessor is an integrated D / A converter 16-bit outputs of the analog signal 4 to 20 mA or 0 to 10 V. The output frequency is 100 Hz (adjustable).
The digital output is available on all pressure transmitters with analogue output.

With the help of software READ30 and PROG 30, a RS485 converter and a PC, you can see the pressure, change the units of measure, set a new value gain or a different value of zero. It is possible to set the analog output to any range within the compensated range.
