R-32DIDO-P
The R-32DIDO-P module is a mixed digital module designed to offer wiring flexibility, reduced installation space and high I/O density, with Ethernet networking integration.
This module has 32 channels that can be configured as digital inputs or outputs. It features 1,500 Vac insulation between inputs, outputs and the remaining low voltage circuits.
The module configuration can be performed using the CODESYS softPLC software and the TiA Portal/Simatic Step7 design environment. The R-32DIDO-P supports PROFINET IO communication. Modules with 2 Ethernet ports can be connected in Ethernet daisy-chain mode with fault-bypass to ensure the Ethernet connection even in the event of a module failure in the chain.
The R-32DIDO-P module features a wide power supply range of 10 to 40 Vdc or 19 to 28 Vac, an auxiliary voltage output of 12 Vdc / 40 mA and a maximum power consumption of 3 W.
It has a maximum isolation of 1.5 kVac and various status indicators such as power supply, IO1/IO32 input/output status, status (STS) and Profinet IO communication (Rx and TX, Eth TRF and Eth LNK).
The module has an IP20 degree of protection and can operate in a wide temperature range from -25 to +65 °C.
It has dimensions of 106 x 90 x 32.2 mm and a weight of 170 g.
The case is made of self-extinguishing UL94-V0 PC/ABS material, black in colour. Connections include 3.5mm pitch terminal blocks, a Micro USB connector and a dual RJ45 connector.
The module can be mounted on a DIN EN 60715 guide, on a wall or on a panel.
The interfaces include 1 or 2 100 Mbit baseT Ethernet ports on RJ45 connector (depending on the model), while the supported protocols are Profinet IO (Real Time Class1, Tbus=1ms).
Supported Ethernet cables include CAT5, CAT5e unshielded, and CAT6 for industrial applications.
The input channels support up to 32 channels with PNP type and auxiliary power supply, with OFF/ON threshold lower than 4V and higher than 9V.
