The RIF840 model is a thermal mass flow meter designed for applications with air and nitrogen, featuring a compact design that allows for easy installation without interrupting the flow. The structure with a thin insertion probe and dual-line LCD display with configuration buttons makes the device practical and intuitive. Thanks to thermal technology, the meter directly detects the mass flow rate or normalised flow rate, ensuring reliability and no pressure losses, adapting to pipes of any shape with a known cross-section.
It is important to note that the maximum diameter supported varies depending on the temperature: for temperatures below 50 °C, DN350 can be reached, while between 50 °C and 150 °C, the limit drops to DN50, unless a remote transmitter is used, which eliminates this restriction.
Features that may be requested but are not configurable include the ability to operate at pressures above 16 bar and a measurement accuracy of 1.0%.
