The RIF860 is a thermal mass flow meter designed to ensure accuracy and reliability in gas measurement under variable conditions. Based on the principle of thermal diffusion, it uses RTD sensors to detect flow velocity and temperature, allowing direct measurement of mass flow without the need for pressure or temperature compensation. This technology ensures high accuracy and a wide range of applications, while maintaining low energy consumption and simple installation, even on existing systems.

The design of the RIF860 eliminates pressure losses and has no parts subject to mechanical wear, thus ensuring long operating life and low maintenance costs. It is available in configurations for in-line or insertion installation, with the possibility of intervention without interrupting the process. Standard communication includes analogue and digital outputs, with options for remote diagnostics and Bluetooth interface for quick and intuitive management.

Upon request, the RIF860 can be supplied with special configurations, including flanged connections and insertion versions for pressures above 16 bar, compatibility with gases other than air, HART communication protocol and nominal diameters up to 2000 mm. These options make it an extremely versatile solution for complex industrial applications.
