The high accuracy of these Pressure Transmitters can reach 0.01% FS. This series is equipped with an electronic evaluation system based on micro-controllers to ensure maximum accuracy. Each transmitter is calibrated along the entire range of pressure and temperature variations. This measurement data is used to develop a mathematical model that allows all systematic errors to be corrected.
The interface consists of a robust semi-duplex RS485 for 9,600 and 115,200 baud.
All products, with the exception of the version with the DIN 43650 socket, are equipped with an external pass-through plate for the interface.
Communication protocol: KELLER bus and MODBUS RTU.
With the CCS30 software it is possible to configure transmitters and save measurement values:
- Reading of the currently measured values for pressure and temperature, with maximum resolution. Speed: at 115,200 baud, up to 330 measured values per second (compatibly with the converter)
- Retrieving information and status (pressure and temperature ranges, serial code, software version, etc.)
- Reprogramming of the analog output (e.g. different units of measurement or pressure ranges)
- Calibration: you can adjust the zero point and amplification
- Special processing, such as the adaptation of a non-linear curve, or the calculation of the root for flows
- Ability to adjust the low pass filter and communication parameters.
