The RIF800 is a produced thermal mass flow meter. This instrument is designed to accurately and reliably measure the flow of gas in a pipe or conduit. The RIF800 uses thermal mass measurement technology, which involves immersing an electrically-heated resistance in the fluid, and measuring the heat removed from the probe by the moving fluid to calculate the flow rate within a pipe.

The RIF800 can be easily and quickly installed in a pipe or conduit due to its compact shape and available mounting options, such as threaded or clamp connection. The instrument is available for diameters up to 2 meters.
