The Visual Levels of the RIL660 VisuLevel series allow you to check the liquid level at any time in a constant, clear and precise way.
The principle used is that of communicating vessels: the liquid crosses the level by means of hollow screws, revealing to the user the precise point of the liquid inside the tank.
Lateral external or vertical mounting inside the tank.
The Visual Levels can be equipped with taps that interrupt the flow of liquid from the tank to the level, with thermometers to monitor the temperature visually and with PT100 for continuous monitoring of the temperature via PLC.
The float, sliding in the tube, excites 1 or more bistable Reeds (or in memory) which close the contact in sequence.
The contact will reopen only when the float completes the reverse path.
The sensors can be N.O. (normally open) in the presence of liquid (closed in the absence of liquid), N.CH. (normally closed) in the presence of liquid (open in the absence of liquid), or EXCHANGE (without memory).
Each sensor can be placed as desired along the axis of the level.
