The Vibration Level Sensors of the LFV200 family detect with millimeter precision the predefined fill level in liquid systems.
This Level Switch works independently of the liquid, it is not subject to wear, it does not require maintenance, both for the communication of full (overfill safety) in containers, and for the communication of vacuum in pipes or the protection against dry running of pumps.

A high surface quality and sturdy stainless steel vibrating fork in combination with aseptic process connections make this Vibration Level the most suitable product even in applications with very high hygiene requirements.
With IO-Link it is possible to detect, in addition to the switching signal, the oscillation frequency, the amplitude and the temperature of the sensor, which allow more extensive diagnosis and preventive maintenance.
