The RIL250 float level switch can be used for food liquids, dirty liquids, water, petrol, refrigerant oils.
It tolerates the presence of metallic particles, including ferrous ones, given that the float does not carry a magnet and is integral with the rod.
It offers total safety since the electrical part is totally separated on the side of the tank and is perfectly sealed from the external side by means of ultrasonic welding and resin coating of the pins.
The body is made of stainless steel, robust from a mechanical point of view, resistant from a chemical point of view and ideal as an insulating container for Reed contacts.
The RIL250 level switches are provided as standard with rod lengths of 500 mm and 1000 mm (on request already set up for the control of predetermined heights).
The desired length can be obtained simply by cutting the steel rod, all with a simple pipe cutter or the intervention point can be varied using the float with a through hole which allows you to modify the control point of the desired liquid.
Advantages
The desired length can be obtained by cutting the control rod with a common pipe cutter.
The float does not carry magnets and the Level can therefore be used even in the presence of dirty liquids or in the presence of ferrous particles.
