The 938-15TL sensor is a turbine flow meter combined with two temperature and conductivity sensors. The NPN pulse output is dedicated to transmitting the measured liquid quantity. The two analog outputs 4...20 mA,, are dedicated to the temperature and conductivity of the liquid.
Five different measurable conductivity ranges can be chosen:
0...50 μS/cm
0...200 μS/cm
0...300 μS/cm
0...2 mS/cm
0...20 mS/cm
The set temperature range is 0...65°C.
Flow rates vary with internal diameter:
ø 1.0 mm - 0,04...0,56 lt/min
ø 1.2 mm - 0,05...0,82 lt/min
ø 2.0 mm - 0,09...2,40 lt/min
ø 2.5 mm - 0,15...3,74 lt/min
ø 3.0 mm - 0,10...5,63 lt/min
ø 4.0 mm - 0,12...8,38 lt/min
ø 5.6 mm - 0,31...9,26 lt/min
The PBT body provides high temperature resistance, up to 65°C, the impeller housing shaft made of ceramic material ensures the durability and reliability of the instrument over time.
The impeller has good repeatability of ±0.25% and accuracy of ±2% that can be improved by performing field calibration by changing the calibration factor.
