Thanks to the body and impeller in PVDF and the seals in FKM, the FCH sensor can be used to monitor the flow of chemically aggressive liquids.

The sensor works up to 90 °C and withstands a maximum pressure of 5 bar. The internal diameter of 2 mm allows to work with flow rates up to 3.5 l/min with a wide rangeability from 1: 100.

The turbine has a good repeatability of ±0.5% and an accuracy of ±2% which can be improved by performing a calibration in the field by modifying the calibration factor.

The sensor is powered at 24Vdc and the output signal is PNP type, ideal for PLC management.

For use, a close-mesh filter of about 200 mesh is recommended to avoid compromising the internal helix and it is essential to maintain straight sections before and after the installation of the sensor to ensure its accuracy and repeatability.
