The VZB gear sensor, thanks to its FKM seals, PTFE gears, and PP body, can be used for monitoring the flow of chemically aggressive liquids.
This volumetric sensor operates within a temperature range of -10°C to 80°C and withstands a maximum pressure of 10 bar. The instrument is capable of processing flow rates of up to 35 liters per minute
The repeatability of ±0.5% and an accuracy of ±1% can be improved by field calibration through adjusting the calibration factor.
For optimal usage, it is recommended to use a fine mesh filter of approximately 200 mesh. It is also crucial to maintain straight sections before and after the sensor installation point to ensure accuracy and repeatability values.
