The PFG05 rotary Level Switches are suitable for controlling a level threshold of solids.
The rotary level switch is a sturdy and reliable device, particularly suitable for heavy working conditions and continuous rhythms.
The detection is obtained by checking the rotation of a propeller positioned inside the tank and driven by a synchronous motor.
In the absence of material, the propeller rotates.
The presence of material around the propeller slows its rotation causing the switching of the working contact.
A second contact switches off the motor supply voltage.
When the level of the product drops, the propeller is released and the motor, powered again, puts it back in motion.
The rotary level indicator can be installed on the side wall of the tank or from above.
