The flow sensor insertion F3 is composed of a rotor with five blades. In each blade is ungrateful a permanent magnet.
Each time a magnet passes in correspondence of the transducer a pulse is generated. The fluid flowing inside the tube causes rotation of the rotor, generating as output a square wave signal with frequency proportional to the velocity of the fluid.
The sensor is installed in the pipe, by means of a wide range of fittings specifically designed to provide.
The flow sensor F3, simple and reliable, is suitable to be used with each type of fluid with no solid particles in suspension. The sensor can measure the flow rate as low as 0.15 m / s, producing an output signal in frequency with high repeatability.
A rugged construction and a proven technology guarantee optimum performance and virtually no maintenance. Furthermore the new electronics with push-pull output allows connection of the sensor to any type of digital input both NPN and PNP.
A wide range of fittings, specially designed, ensures quick and easy installation on all pipe materials (PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF, PE), from DN15 to DN600 (0.5 "to 24")
