Z-D-IN is a Modbus module with 5 self-powered digital inputs operating at a common negative voltage of 16 VDC. It features 5 inputs with 16-bit counters and a maximum frequency of 100 Hz, with the option to set input #5 as a fast 32-bit counter with a maximum frequency of 10 KHz. The module supports RS485 serial communication with Modbus-RTU protocol, allowing a maximum of 32 nodes, and provides isolation of the inputs up to 1500 Vac from the other low-voltage circuits.
Z-D-IN has an input power supply range of 10-40 VDC or 19-28 Vac (50-60 Hz), 5 optoisolated channels for various input types (reed, proximity, PNP, NPN, clean contact), transient protection with fast TVS suppressors, 4 16-bit counters with a maximum frequency of 100 Hz, and 1 32-bit counter with a maximum frequency of 10 KHz. The module also offers an adjustable anti-bounce filter ranging from 5 to 250 ms. It is designed to be mounted on a 35 mm DIN rail and has dimensions of 17.5 x 100 x 112 mm.
