In the production of ZHM-HP flow meters, only high-quality steels that can withstand the action of corrosive liquids are used. The use of tungsten carbide bearings, in combination with these steels, ensures excellent measurement accuracy and long-term durability even in the most demanding operating conditions. Their extremely robust design, special coatings, and high-pressure connections enable their use in extreme applications and at very high operating pressures. Additionally, thanks to the ball bearings, the measuring element requires a very low starting torque, allowing for precise measurement even of the lowest flows at low viscosities.
The combination of different gear sizes and modules allows for a wide range of flow meters that can cover a broad range of flow rates. This makes the ZHM-HP model ideal for various applications in the field of measurement, as well as for injection and dosing.
Short response times, high dynamic performance, and high measurement accuracy ensure precise regulation and control of flows in complex applications.
For hazardous area applications, we offer intrinsically safe sensors and amplifiers with Ex protection, compliant with ATEX, IECEx, CSA, and other standards.
