K107USB is an interface that allows for the implementation of asynchronous RS485 serial communication using a USB port on a PC.
With the provided driver, the serial interface is treated by the operating system as a standard system serial port, enabling the use of the product directly with any software capable of communicating with the standard serial ports provided by the operating system (COM1, COM2, etc).
The USB port also serves as the power supply for the module and is electrically isolated from the RS485 to eliminate many electrical noise problems that can occur, for example, when the connected equipment is far away from the PC.
