Z-4RTD2
The Z-4RTD2 module is a four-channel converter for independent measurement of platinum or nickel thermoresistors of various types (PT100, PT1000, PT500, Ni100) with 2, 3, or 4-wire connections and 6-way isolation up to 1.5 kV.
It supports power supply from 10-40 Vdc/19-28 Vac and has status indicators for power, error, data transmission, and reception. It operates at temperatures from -20 to +70°C, with a resolution of 14 bits and a precision class of 0.05.
It provides connections through removable 4-way screw terminals, a front-facing micro USB, and a rear IDC10 connector for DIN rail mounting. It is compatible with 35 mm DIN rail mounting.
It supports RS485 interface, with communication speeds up to 115,200 bps, and utilizes the ModBUS RTU slave protocol. Communication takes place in less than 10 ms at 38,400 bps and can reach a maximum distance of 1,200 m. It supports up to 32 nodes of connectivity.
Programming can be done through plug-and-play configurator, DIP switch, system software (Z-NET4), and Android app (EASY SETUP APP). Programmable parameters include a programmable filter, rejection at 50 Hz or 60 Hz, various measurement formats, acquisition speed, and compensation for three-wire resistance.
It has 4 input channels for thermoresistors and supports a range of temperatures. It has an IP20 protection rating, weighs approximately 140 g, and has dimensions of 17.5x100x112 mm.
The case is black and made of PA6. It is CE and UL certified and complies with EN 61000-6-4, EN 61000-6-2, and EN 61010-1 standards.
