The S117P1 is a versatile opto-isolated device that serves as a serial converter, signal isolator and programming kit. This 3-in-1 tool facilitates asynchronous RS232/RS485/TTL conversion through a PC USB port, recognized by the operating system as a conventional serial port. This allows immediate use with any application that interacts with standard serial ports (COM1, COM2, etc.).

Designed to be portable, the S117P1 operates over a wide temperature range and incorporates opto-isolated circuitry to minimize electrical interference and noise, an essential advantage for long-distance connections. It is a solid and reliable device, capable of supplying power to modules from the S series or other manufacturers, delivering up to 12V@100mA.
