UAL358
The Riels UAL358 Flooding Detection System is used for detecting the presence of water on the floor or on a collection basin.
The anti-flooding system consists of two units:
UAL 358 - is the detector that signals the alarm and sends the output commands.
SAL 500 - is the sensor that detects the presence of water or liquids with a minimum conductivity of 60 MicroSiemens (not included, to be ordered separately).
Low residue mineral water has a conductivity of around 150 MicroSiemens.
Normal mains water has a minimum of about 100 MicroSiemens.
The appliance must be located in the environmental conditions allowed by the "Technical Data".
If placed in environments classified as "hazardous" it must be installed in electrical panels built according to the regulations in force based on the hazard class.
The sensor can be fixed to the floor and in this case the poles detect the presence of water at a height of 2 mm.
If you prefer to detect the presence of water at a different height, the sensor can be fixed vertically on a wall, so that the poles are at the desired height (L).
Up to 3 SAL500 sensors can be combined with the UAL358 detection system.
