The ZHM-CT gear flow meter series is ideal for measuring flows of water-based or solvent-based paints. These meters are also suitable for cavity waxes and abrasive fluids.

The production of gear flow meters uses only high-quality steels that ensure resistance even to corrosive liquids. Additionally, the use of tungsten carbide bearings ensures optimal measurement accuracy and a long operational lifespan even in the harshest conditions. With the cartridge design, these meters reduce weight by 75% compared to the standard version. This compact and lightweight design allows for installation in fully automated coating lines and mounting on robot arms without affecting the dynamic behavior of the system. Furthermore, the innovative dead space-optimized design enables quick color changes and flushing cycles.

For applications in electrostatic coating lines (ESTA lines), ZHM-CT gear flow meters are equipped with fiber optic pulse amplifiers that ensure interference-free signal transmission even in the presence of strong electrical fields.
